01/ Project Start

Client – AVTO-REGION, a Ukrainian manufacturing company specializing in the supply and production of specialized vehicles, cargo transport, and buses of all classes, Ukraine.

To secure leadership in the highly competitive Ukrainian market, a comprehensive SEO strategy covering two website language versions was developed. All SEO work was focused on optimization for targeted, relevant keywords to achieve maximum coverage of the Ukrainian audience.

02/   Goals

  • Conducting a comprehensive website audit and formulating a detailed marketing strategy.
  • Complete internal and external SEO optimization of the web resource.
  • Maximum growth of organic traffic and increase in the final number of orders.
  • Achieving TOP-10 positions in search results for all targeted keywords.

03/   Work Description

Our work began with the strategic planning stage. We conducted a full comprehensive site audit to accurately determine its current status, identify technical problems and shortcomings that affected search visibility. Next, through market analysis and competitive environment assessment, we formulated an effective, holistic promotion strategy focused on the ultimate business goals.

Since the specialized vehicle sector in Ukraine is highly competitive, the decision was made to implement complex SEO optimization covering all areas: technical SEO (critical error correction), internal optimization (structure, usability, content), and external optimization (domain authority building).

Furthermore, to ensure business process continuity, due to systematic DDOS attacks on the site, we promptly implemented enhanced website protection measures, guaranteeing its stable operation and availability for clients.

04/ What Was Done

Complex Internal SEO Optimization and Structure Update

To ensure quality growth in organic traffic and improve user experience, we implemented a full cycle of internal optimization, starting from the site’s foundation:

Work with the Semantic Core and Metadata

We created and meticulously clustered the semantic core for all key pages, including categories and products. This allowed us to develop unique and optimized meta-tags (Title, Description). The result was a significant increase in page relevance and a rise in click-through rate (CTR) in search results.

Structure and Navigation Update

A complete catalog restructuring was carried out to ensure maximum convenience for users and search engines.

  • Priority and most marginal categories were highlighted separately for emphasis.
  • Large categories were logically divided into subcategories to simplify searching.
  • A new, intuitively understandable main menu was created, and a side menu was implemented, significantly improving navigation.
  • New product categories were added to expand the assortment and cover additional targeted queries.

Content SEO Optimization and Internal Linking

We focused on content filling and optimization, transforming the website into an expert source of information:

  • Optimized Content Creation: Comprehensive SEO optimization of all existing sections was conducted. Unique and informative texts were written for key categories, products, and the blog.
  • Brand Page Creation: Separate manufacturer (brand) pages with detailed descriptions were developed and added, which increased the resource’s authority and provided additional ranking for brand queries.
  • Internal Linking: For effective distribution of weight among pages and improvement of the user path, internal interlinking was implemented between all relevant sections of the site.

External SEO Optimization and Security

Work outside the site was performed to build domain trust and ensure uninterrupted operation:

  • External Optimization (Link Building): In parallel with internal work, we focused on building a high-quality and relevant link mass.
  • Link Building Strategy: A thorough niche analysis was conducted, based on which high-authority thematic platforms (donors) were selected for placing external links, ensuring stable growth in domain authority.

Enhanced Website Protection

To prevent service disruptions caused by external threats, a unique enhanced protection system against DDOS attacks and other external threats was developed and implemented, which operates fully in automated mode.

The comprehensive SEO strategy, implemented on the website of the Ukrainian manufacturing company AVTO-REGION, allowed us not only to overcome the challenges of the highly competitive specialized vehicle niche in Ukraine but also to secure a solid foundation for further business growth.

Thanks to the optimization, we achieved significant efficiency gains:

  • CTR (click-through rate) is 3.4%, indicating high relevance of the meta-tags.
  • The number of clicks increased 4 times.
  • The site’s average position improved to 13.5.
  • Over 300 keywords entered the TOP-10 search results.

Overall, the implemented comprehensive SEO optimization, covering technical, content, and external factors, not only improved the site’s positions in search results for key queries but also provided a stable, secure, and highly-converting platform for the development of the AVTO-REGION business in the Ukrainian specialized vehicle market.
